Dr. Yehonatan (Jonathan) Kaplan
Dr. Kaplan is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in dermatologic surgery and Mohs micrographic surgery. He completed his medical degree at Tel Aviv University and his dermatology residency at Tel Aviv Medical Center (Ichilov).
His surgical training includes a Mohs surgery and dermatologic oncology fellowship at Skin & Cancer Associates, Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, where he performed over 1,000 Mohs procedures, followed by a cosmetic dermatologic surgery fellowship in Fort Lauderdale.
Dr. Kaplan leads the DermUnbound research group, an initiative exploring how physicians can leverage software development to build better clinical tools without relying on third-party vendors or compromising patient privacy.
